Tom Gurnon
President/Project Manager has over 28 years of Construction Management experience. Tom was a former partner/owner of Overland Constructors for 22 years, and was Construction Materials Manager for Fox and Jacobs Inc., Dallas Texas. Tom holds a degree in Construction Management from the University of Nebraska at Lincoln. He has spent a lifetime in the construction industry with many showcase projects to be proud of. Currently serves as Chairman of the board for ABC (Associated Builders and Contractors) and member of Better Business Bureau, Chamber of Commerce and Rotary International.

Rodney Brungardt
Project Manager/Estimator has over 31 years of Construction Management; He graduated from Chadron State College with and Associate in Drafting Technology and from UNO with a Bachelor of Science in Construction Engineering Technology. Construction experience includes ten years architectural drafting, twenty years commercial estimating including conceptual estimating – labor estimating – material estimating – design build estimating – value engineering, and ten years construction manager experience. Past President of American Society of Professional Estimators – Omaha Chapter.
